Freshly graduated from college in December, I started my career at the Sacré Coeur Hospital in Montreal. I was supposed to be stabilized in my cardiology department until obtaining my license from the professional order, arrives the Covid-19 crisis. At the beginning, we were protected from the movements of personnel because of the little experience we had. But the too great shortage of personnel was quickly felt and we were sent to the four corners of the hospital to fill the gaps. Stressful situation for a young nurse without experience. But in the end, I believe that I grew from it. I have gained experience with several different cases. I developed my practice, my independence and my resourcefulness.
